Dr. Pepper Oriental Shredded Beef (Slow cooker)

Tonights dinner will be Dr. Pepper Oriental Beef. You may be asking your self "What in the HECK?" Yeah, I know I'm strange and sometimes the names sound strange. But this has the potential to be very tasty. I hope you read through the ingredients and think they go well together. I know I think they do.
Part of tonights dinner's inspiration came from the Pioneer Woman's Dr.Pepper Spicy pork. I had a 2-3 lb beef roast in the freezer. Which unless it's pulled would not be enough for my family for dinner. I didn't want to do the regular BBq beef with just adding store bought BBq sauce. So I thought about what made the Pioneer woman's pork so tasty. It was a little heat, and sweet. I had some chili sauce, the beef roast, and Dr. pepper... I keep thinking I'm inspired but this might just be the beginning of the end with my brain. I'll let you know tonight after dinner :)

Ingredients
2-3 lb beef roast
2 cans Dr. Pepper
2 Tbsp chili sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
3 dashes of ground ginger

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, turn on high 4-5 hours, low 7-8. cook until fork tender, shred and serve over rice with mixed veggies, or on a hamburger bun.  Enjoy!
